Description of Services SuVerse provides a digital ecosystem that connects telematics data, carbon tracking, renewable energy assets, and verified tax credits. Registered users (“Members”) can create accounts, connect devices, upload data, and access dashboards for managing emissions, credits, and analytics. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it. 4. Account and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@suverse.io. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, unauthorized activity, or security risks. 5. Data Usage and Ownership All data transmitted by your connected devices (e.g., telematics, emissions, trip data) remains your property. By submitting data to SuVerse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze it for platform functionality, ESG reporting, and token generation. We do not sell personal or business data to third parties. 6. Tokenization and Credits SuVerse may issue digital representations of carbon credits, tax credits, or emission offsets (“SCT Tokens”) based on verified data. These tokens do not represent securities or investment instruments. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations before selling, transferring, or redeeming such credits. 7. Payments and Subscriptions Some SuVerse modules (e.g., validator dashboard, accounting tools, or advanced analytics) may require subscription fees. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. 8. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Access or use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify SuVerse software. Share or resell your account access. 9. Service Availability We aim to keep the platform operational, but SuVerse is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. 10.
